Falls dir die Teilnahme an einem unserer Events einmal nicht möglich ist, kannst du dir über den „Send-in-Service“ Autogramme der anwesenden Stars sichern! Bis ca. 4 Wochen vor der Veranstaltung sind die verfügbaren Angebote hier an dieser Stelle zu finden. Die Autogramme (je nach Wunsch ohne Widmung, mit Widmung, oder auf einem Eigenmotiv) werden von unserem Team auf der Con persönlich bei den Stars eingeholt und innerhalb von drei Wochen nach dem Event als versichertes Paket an dich versendet. Zur Info: Die Bestellung wird bei uns nach der Eingangsbearbeitung als "Ausgeliefert" für den Kunden angezeigt. Dies hat technische Hintergründe. Der Versand erfolgt wie zuvor angegeben.

Wichtig bei Bestellungen mit Eigenmotiv: Es muss spätestens vier Wochen vor der Veranstaltung an folgende Adresse gesendet werden:

If you are unable to attend one of our events, you can use the "Send-in-Service" to get autographs from the stars in attendance! The available offers can be found here up to approx. 4 weeks before the event. The autographs (either without a dedication, with a dedication or on your own motif) will be obtained personally from the stars by our team at the convention and sent to you as an insured parcel within three weeks of the event. Please note: The order is displayed as “Delivered” for the customer after it has been processed. This is for technical reasons. The dispatch takes place as previously indicated.
